Terms of Refund Service:
SR HOST BD offers 100% hosting refund within 7 days subject to certain conditions.
Conditions:
If you are not satisfied with our service, you will get a refund within 7 working days if we cannot resolve it. Refunds are non-refundable unless there is a service issue. For this you have to send a cancellation request.
How to make a cancellation request:
Service cancellation request should be made from the client area by logging into the SR HOST BD account. Note: Requests are not accepted through Phone Call, Whatsapp, Messenger, Live Chat, Email.
Refunds are not offered on products that:
No refunds are given on any domain registration, domain transfer, domain renewal products.
Refund facility in case of offer package:
In case of SR HOST BD packages with free domain, the remaining amount will be refunded as per SR HOST BD's refund terms, excluding the domain fee.

কিছু শর্ত সাপেক্ষে SR HOST BD দিচ্ছে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ১০০% হোস্টিং এর মূল্য ফেরতের সুবিধা।
শর্তাবলী:
আপনি যদি আমাদের সার্ভিস নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন আমরা যদি তার সমাধান না দিতে পারি তাহলে আপনি সার্ভিসের মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন ৭ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে। সার্ভিসের কোন সমস্যা ছাড়া অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না। এর জন্য ক্যান্সেল রিকুয়েস্ট পাঠাতে হবে।
যেভাবে ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট দিবেনঃ
SR HOST BD তে একাউন্ট লগইন করে ক্লাইন্ট এরিয়া থেকে সার্ভিস ক্যানসেলের রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে। বিঃদ্রঃ Phone Call, whatsapp, messenger, live chat, Email মাধ্যমে রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করা হয় না।
অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না যেসব প্রোডাক্টে:
যেকোন ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন, ডোমেইন ট্রান্সফার, ডোমেইন রিনিউ এই সব প্রোডাক্টে কোন অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না।
অফার প্যাকেজ এর ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত সুবিধা:
SR HOST BD যে সব প্যাকেজের সাথে ফ্রি ডোমেইন দেওয়া হয় সেই সব প্যাকেজের ক্ষেত্রে ডোমেইন এর নির্ধারিত অর্থ বাদে বাকি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে SR HOST BD এর অর্থ ফেরত এর শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী।
কোন অনৈতিক কাজের জন্য সার্ভিস সাসপেন্ড হলে সেটার কোন রিফান্ড করা হয় না।"৭ থেকে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরতের অর্থ কাস্টমারের নির্দিষ্ট একাউন্টে প্রদান করা হবে।।"
